Summary

A French university which concentrates different units working on sleep disorders and psychiatric pathologies, ergonomic assessment to prevent mental hazards in organisation and experimental psychology is looking for a coordinator for the H2020 call BHC-22-2018: Mental Health in the Workplace. Partners sought, under a research cooperation agreement, are universities, research institutions, hospitals or private organisations in the field of occupational health projects.

Description

A French University proposes its expertise to apply as partner to the H2020 call SC1-BHC-22-2018: Mental Health in the Workplace. Several departments and skills contribute their expertise to a proposal on this topic: 
The first research unit works on sleep disorders and psychiatric pathologies associated to a Sleep Center. The area of its expertise covers the screening, diagnosis and treatment of sleep and chronobiology disorders. Moreover, the unit studies the interactions between somatic and psychiatric pathologies, the cognitive dimensions of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric pathologies.
The second research unit works on ergonomic intervention design and assessment, specifically to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and mental hazards in organisation. The unit works specifically on project management of change, complex and multifactorial intervention, qualitative assessment of intervention cases.
The third unit works to the interface between experimental psychology (social, cognitive and developmental) and integrative neurosciences and has developed objective measurements of stress and mental health.

In the framework of the H2020 Call BHC-22-2018: Mental Health in the Workplace, the university is considering to develop an international platform to improve quality of life in workplace. To achieve this goal, the university is searching a coordinator and partners from other European countries, mainly universities, research institutions, hospitals and public or private organisations in the field of occupational health projects

- Stress biomarker measurements
- Metrology of clinical dimensions of psychiatric disorders and metrology of quality of life
