The company has developed and manufactured a tractor attachment machine for soil cultivation “in row” (under crowns) productions, in order to fulfill all environmental standards and regulations. Advantage over similar products is the original solution that enables going round the trees in row without using hydraulic components and bring a better quality of tillage.

Description

A Serbian company based on 20 years of experience in the construction of tractor attachment machines has developed a completely new technology for the fabrication of family of machines, that fruit growers need most: tractor attachment machine for soil cultivation “in row” (under crowns) in orchards, vineyards, blackberry and other plantations, which are much cheaper and better quality of tillage than the existing solutions in the market.



Pay attention to the variant of machine rototiller-mower, with two or three working discs for tilling and a mower towards the middle of an inter-row, and machine for distances between rows over 1.2 (m) for small articulated tractors over 20 (HP) with two or three laterally placed discs for tilling, specially suitable for old wine yards with 1, 5 (m) row distance.

Advantages and Innovations

The main innovation is the original solution for a mechanism, that enables going round the trees in row without using hydraulic components, has considerably simplified and cheapened the machine.



The offer brought a lot of advantages:



• fuel consumption is almost three times lower; 

• tractor intension and expenditure are considerably lower; 

• working speed is doubled; 

• price, maintenance and repairing of the machine are considerably cheaper;

• this machine does not stamp down the soil underneath the cultivated area ("foot-sole"); 

• weed is considerably lessened that the use of herbicides is avoided;

• this machine successfully cultivates very hard and stony soils;

• it levels the “embankment” and remove extremely high weed; 

• this machine can be used as a mower;

• three-year old tree trunks are cultivated with complete safety;

• this machine has the lowest possible silhouette, so the low fruit-bearing bows cannot be broken;

• machines, which are used in crop farming’s and fields, repclace four operations (plowing, disc harrowing, harrowing and seeding) by one single. 



These machines are specially apllicable and unreplacable in organic food production:
