Description

A Serbian company based on 30 years of experience in the construction of residential buildings has developed a completely new technology for the fabrication of windows and doors. In its development center, after years of examining, it has developed the technology of windows and doors production with a new construction and unique combination of materials. 

The materials used for production of windows and doors are wood, polyvinyl chloride and rubber gasket (EPDM).

Outer side of the window or door is made of polyvinyl chloride. The external profile of the window or door contains six thermo-breaking chambers. Profile of the same construction only other dimensions are located on the frame and the casements of a window or door. 

The inner part of the window or door is made of wood. Their interconnection is based on special connectors. Connectors are made of plastic and are placed at a distance of 10 cm around the edge of the frame and casements of windows or doors. Special connectors are fixed for the wooden inner part, while the special tool associated with PVC outer side part. Connection between the outer and inner part is made via the rubber gasket (EPDM). This type of construction creates another thermo-breaking chamber. Such a structure made of seven thermo-breaking chambers on the frame and casements of a window or door. Construction of the wing windows or doors requires installation of double, low the broadcasting glass, filled with argon, with thermo-breaking chamber.
