The Italian Forum on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioeconomy IFIB 2017 is organized by Assobiotec, the Italian Association for the Development of Biotechnology. The conference and partnering event is aimed at strengthening the bioeconomy network in the Euro-Mediterranean area and to promote partnerships.
The partnering event offers the possibility to meet potential research, technology or business partners in pre-arranged face-to-face meetings. The focus of the forum is biotechnology as provider of new resources for industries. The main topics are circular economy, energy and biorefineries, agro-food, life-sciences, policies on industrial biotech and bioeconomy and bio-based industries.
