Description

The Romanian ITC company has extensive experience with various services and technologies, which covers: custom enterprise resource planning solutions and integrations, mobile applications and enterprise mobility,  content management solutions, customer relationship management implementations,  eCommerce integrations and implementations, embedded software and automotive. As a proof of service quality solutions, it has customers in over 15 countries from Europe, Asia and United States of America. The company developed over 300 high complexity projects and 20 of these were internationally awarded.

In the core of the platform system is the server application (SA) which assures the content distribution to every connected client. SA can determine the content that will be delivered to each of the clients (when an individual client can receive a particular content). SA can interact with the clients on a low-level basis, assuring remote control over the mini personal computer (MiniPC) , in case of a need to restart the machine remotely. Clients receive and cache the content, so that it can be displayed accordingly, even in case of a network failure.

Client application will run on the MiniPC. Every location has a television (TV) with high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) connectivity. The MiniPC will serve as a client and it will be connected to the TV via HDMI and will be mounted behind the TV. MiniPC’s network connectivity will be assured via wireless using a unique service set identifier (SSID) for all devices configured with the same credentials.

The most important features are:

- Ability to control global or local distribution of content, all devices or just one;

- Ability to create a multimedia stream from most important multimedia types, photo or video; 

- Maximum flexibility in managing new locations,  administrators can add new devices at any point to new locations;

- Central management assures to add, to modify and to delete locations from the content delivery network;

- Administrators will be able to distribute content globally or particularly for a single client;

- Real time analytics about system usage;

- Meaningful reports, regarding the content that was delivered to the clients;

- Map representation of locations enrolled in the system, for a better overview on them;

- Able to change the rules upon which the content is delivered;

- Remote management tools to ease with remote changes impacting connected clients.

The company is looking for big companies from a wide range of sectors: hotels, restaurants, catering, retail, healthcare or transportation. They must have a network of waiting rooms, reception halls, dining rooms, markets or other public spaces. For this type of customers is offered commercial agreement with technical assistance.

Also, is interested in technical cooperation agreement with ITC partners, able to find new customers. The partners will be responsible for installation of the system, service and support of the local customers.
